Tiny House with Peaked aluminum roofed Gazebo & Fenced yard

The Tiny House features a Queen bed with Bunks in separate area. Clothes storage.

Linen, pillows, doona, towels and tea towels supplied along with dishwashing liquid, sponge scourer and dishcloth.

Internal table seating with bar fridge. Microwave, Air fryer, Kettle, Toaster, all crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and frypans.

Under gazebo is a fridge/freezer, twin gas cooktop with oven, washing up facilities, BBQ, long fold up table with 2 chairs

Fenced accommodation with room to park the car or for children and pets if required and park the car and boat at the front.

Sit under the spacious gazebo and enjoy the summer breezes or face your chairs toward the external fire pit and soak up the warmth on the cooler evenings.

Close to amenities (toilets, showers and washing machine) and a refuse bin (all waste to be bagged and tied please).

Pack your clothes, food, drinks and bait and you are ready to enjoy a carefree stay in the new addition to our onsite accommodations.

Euro Star 20FT Caravan

         

The Euro Star Van is able to sleep 2 in a double bed. Kitchen – Microwave – Cookware – Toaster – Kettle – Crockery – Glassware – Cutlery – All Linen including Pillows and Towels – BBQ and 2 Stationary chairs with table in annex – Clothes Airer – Fire Pit . A daybed is located in the annex that can be used for an addition person at $20 per night.

Close proximity to Toilets, Hot Showers, Washing Machine – Camp Kitchen with BBQ – Fresh water dam for swimming – 450m from Boat ramp on Baffle Creek with a small area for fishing from the riverside. Parking for car and boat near caravan.

 

Twin Vans

 

Designed for a family or small group, the twin caravans are a package deal and not rented out individually. Positioned so that each provides sleeping areas either side of the entertainment area. One van has a queen size bed with room for baggage storage, while the other van has three single beds. There are fans in each of the vans.

The entertainment/kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, storage cupboard, sink, bench top gas cooker, microwave, table and chairs and a Webber BBQ. With linen, towels, pillows, kitchenware and cookware supplied you can arrive with just your food and personal belongings and begin enjoying your getaway without having to set anything up. The fenced area also has a fire pit for you to enjoy the cool evenings in winter or simply toast marshmallows and the like in the summer. Please bring your own chairs for around the fire.

The twin vans are close to the showers/toilets and laundry and are just a short stroll from the Dam View Camp Kitchen that is provisioned with a BBQ, microwave, sink (with access to drinking water).

Also a short stroll away is the entry point and jetty on the dam for swimming, kayaking or feeding the turtles. There are a few small kayaks but, you are welcome to bring your own.

The boat ramp to Baffle Creek is about 500m away leaving little excuse to get out on the water fishing or, utilise the small area to fish without going on the water!

The Twin Vans are rented as one accommodation with a minimum price of $70 per night for two people and $20 per night for each additional person. There are no children’s rates with this accommodation.

 

 

 

 

Midskinrick Lodge – Self-contained accommodation

Midskinrick Lodge is perfect for a large family to get together for a holiday, all types of reunions, fishing clubs/groups to base themselves where they can have a competition for the largest fish caught in the famous Baffle Creek, end of year work celebration, milestone birthdays🎉 , bucks or hens weekend, and/or extra special events such as a Wedding (with a Marquee and other additions for hire) – the Lodge accommodates up to 13 people comfortably and is located on our 40 acre property, which offers both powered and unpowered camping sites along with some other onsite accommodations.

It is separated from the owners residence by a huge breezeway to afford your privacy.

Midskinrick Lodge is fully self-contained with 3 bedrooms offering queen size beds – (one being in the main bedroom with an ensuite and walk in robe) –  There are 3 double sofa beds – (one in the media room and the other two in the lounge room). The second lounge has been converted to an ‘open’ bedroom with two king singles and two single beds. There is also a rollaway bed, king single stretcher bed with mattress and porta cot.

A large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus a media room, ensuite and main bathroom, a laundry and a large French door fridge with drawer freezer and additional fridge for drinks only along with a separate bait freezer, makes this fully air-conditioned residence a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday or event.

The covered outdoor entertaining area spans three sides of the Lodge and has a firepit, barbeque, tables and chairs catering for 18 and a table tennis table, along with the fenced yard being child and pet friendly.

The view from the front verandah overlooks our large spring-fed dam which is a great spot for swimming, kayaking, standup paddleboarding or catching some sun whilst keeping an eye on the young ones. There is also an undercover area where you can enjoy a cool drink, coffee or a cup of tea whilst having a full view of your family in the dam which is also home to fresh water turtles who are always keen for a feed! (bread …. not the children 😉)

The Lodge is approximately 400m from the onsite boat ramp, so launching the boat to get those early morning catches is a breeze and the parking for your car and trailer is close by and safe! 🐟
